RadSec Device Certificates
Register your WLC's certificate for secure RadSec authentication on port 2083.
How RadSec Works
RadSec (RFC 6614) provides encrypted RADIUS communication using TLS on port 2083.
- Option A: Generate a self-signed client certificate on your WLC (recommended for simple setups)
- Option B: If your organization has its own PKI, open a case to submit your CA for approval
- Register the certificate below by pasting the PEM (preferred) or entering the fingerprint
- Configure your WLC to use RadSec with the NetKey RADIUS server
